Healthy Lifestyle Academy: Spring Starts to Strengthen Friendship and Health Anastasia Letunova, the Healthy Lifestyle Academy's competitions dedicated to World Health Day began with invigorating exercises under the guidance of the champion of the Trans-Baikal Territory, champion of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Siberian Federal District in sports aerobics. As the hosts of "Miss Academy"-2026 Irada Babamuradova and "Doctor Style" Khuren-Dash Kandan noted, the main words of the event are friendship, unity, joyful emotions. And all this was vividly demonstrated by the teams at the competition stations. It is not so easy: to stop, albeit conditional, bleeding and evacuate the "victim" at the "StopBlood" station, to provide first aid and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the "Chain of Salvation", to deftly pass a fake thermometer to incendiary music and perform funny tasks when the rhythm suddenly stops. It was not easy to go through the obstacle course in the role of a young surgeon, at the same time performing tasks for fine motor skills in order to "save the patient", especially since every second counts! And try to quickly guess the names of diseases, medicines and medical instruments from the pictures. The participants also answered military-themed questions at the station "We are all the People's Front", passed tests at another station in pairs, clamping a ball between themselves and carefully moving with a snake between the cones. And at the "Musical Lotto" station, students had not only to guess the fragments of songs that the host played, but also to instantly figure out how this or that melody is related to the theme of a healthy lifestyle, indicating the right card.
- This is the fourth competition of the Healthy Lifestyle Academy in my student life. And every time I feel: such starts are a great way to spend a fruitful day with friends, to recharge your energy!- Nima Abiduev, a fifth-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, shared his impressions.
Among the winners of the stations are the volunteer teams "Heart of Surgery" and "Altair", "Molodezhka NF". Among the teams, the volunteer team "Alliance of Young Dentists" took the first place, the student sports club "Biceps" took the second place, and the team of the volunteer team "Association of Young Dentists" won the third place.
