On 04.06.2026, an open lesson was held at the Sports Complex of the Chita State Medical Academy with the participation of students of the Chita State Medical Academy and their guests from the Qiqihar Medical University (China).
The event was not competitive, but educational and introductory: future doctors received new knowledge in the field of sports and active leisure.
The teachers of the academy have prepared two sports sections for mixed Russian-Chinese groups.
On the table tennis court, teacher Anastasia Alexandrovna Stepochkina introduced the students to the basic technique of the game, the rules of serving and the basic techniques of counting. The children learned to hold the racket correctly, worked out strokes and interaction in pairs.
The darts lesson was conducted by the teacher Filippova Vlada Vyacheslavovna. The participants learned about the safety rules, throwing techniques, scoring system and various options for the game. Everyone was able to try their hand at accuracy under the guidance of a mentor.
Students from China were interested in mastering disciplines that were unusual for them, and their Russian colleagues helped with practical advice. The open lesson made it possible not only to improve health and relieve tension after studying, but also made international communication more lively and natural.
The teachers expressed the hope that acquaintance with new sports will be a pleasant addition to their educational program at ChSMA for the guests from Qiqihar.
