Under this symbolic name, a concert dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, the friendship of the peoples of Russia and China, and the kind-hearted relations of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy with the Qiqihar State Medical University was held in the assembly hall of our academy.
A delegation of a related university from China arrived to us on a friendly visit. It consists of the heads of departments of Qiqihar Medical University: Hu Bin, Head of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Shang Jidan, Head of the Organizational Department of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Third Hospital of Shang Jidan, Wen Xianchun, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, and 10 students of Qiqihar Medical University.
Welcoming the guests, the Acting Rector of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy Natalia Lareva emphasized the importance of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between the universities of the two cities for more than 25 years.
- For more than 12 years, teachers of the Chuvash State Medical Academy have been lecturing at the Qiqihar Medical University. For the second year in a row, we have been implementing an academic mobility project. In 2026, we launched a significant project of professional internships within the framework of international academic mobility, - said Natalia Viktorovna. - And today students of the two partner universities will present their performances on stage to show the richness and beauty of the cultural heritage of Russia and China, to demonstrate your talents to the audience.
Elena Pasynkova, First Deputy Minister of Science and Vocational Education of the Trans-Baikal Territory, also addressed the guests with words of greeting, emphasizing the value of dialogue between Russia, China and medical universities of the two countries.
The program was opened by the performance of the academic choir of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy "Gaudeamus": the anthem of the Russian Federation and the international anthem of students were played. Then the students of the two countries sang the anthem of China together.
The program of the Chinese delegation's performances includes songs, choreographic and poetic compositions, ripening the joy of life, peaceful values. Among the numbers is the recitation "Today I want to tell you." This is an oath about the duty of a doctor, about the warm heart and steadfastness of future doctors, a dedication to Sino-Russian friendship on behalf of young people.
Our academy was represented by the folk dance ensemble "Ornament", the Buryat National Student Ensemble "Urgy", the ensemble of the peoples of the Caucasus "Echo of the Mountains", student Polina Shalikova with the song "Beyond the Horizon".
The language of dance, song, poetry is sometimes more eloquent than the best facts, and this was evidenced by the performances of students of medical universities in Chita and Qiqihar. Friendship – to grow stronger.
