On Women's Health and Demography in Transbaikalia: the View of the Vice-Rector of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy "Women are the power of regional development"—Olga Serebryakova, vice-rector for postgraduate education and development of regional health care of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy and deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Trans-Baikal Territory, took part in the intermunicipal forum of women leaders of the region under this name at the invitation of the organizers.
- In my speech, I tried to cover the topic: "Women's view on the legislative support of demographic development and social well-being of the Trans-Baikal Territory". I sincerely believe that when the laws are based on women's wisdom, sensitivity and worldly wisdom, they really work for the benefit of the family and children. After all, who, if not a woman, knows what is needed for real comfort and tranquility in the house? - Olga Vladimirovna notes.
Olga Vladimirovna led the discussion of women's health issues at one of the platforms, and experts provided practical recommendations. Together with Olga Serebryakova, assistants of the Department of Hospital Therapy and Endocrinology, Natalia Grin and Elena Afanasyeva, provided practical assistance to the forum participants at the secondary school site in the village of Ulyoty.
- The proposals made within the framework of the work of both our platform and the entire forum will be included in a general resolution aimed at practical results. And, therefore, another step will be taken in strengthening the health of women of Transbaikalia and their families, - commented Olga Serebryakova.
