Arina Musabaeva: "Being born with a kind heart is a gift that should be used" ("ChSMA – Territory of Unity"). As part of this campaign in honor of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, we continue to introduce you to future doctors—representatives of various nationalities. This includes those who are faithful to the traditions of their people and maintain an active life position. Among them is Arina Musabaeva, a second-year student of the Faculty of Pediatrics, Tatar by nationality. Arina grew up in a family where respect for traditions is an important part of life. "For me, family is an absolute value," the girl notes. Guests are always welcome in the Musabaevs' house: my mother sets the table with a beautiful tablecloth and treats them to echpochmak, chak-chak, and other dishes, the recipes of which have been passed down from generation to generation.
- As the Muslim proverb says, "an inhospitable person is inferior," says Arina. "Another example is my mother. Guests often note that at home we sleep better and eat more (smiles).
In the Musabaevs' house, prayer sounds like a quiet but life-affirming melody of faith that unites all family members.
"The union of my parents has always been something very important to me," says Arina. — It seems to me that respect for one's roots, for one's elders is like a support on which education rests, and not only among the Tatars, but among many peoples.
The girl actively participates in public life. In the student club “Biceps,” Arina accompanies sports events; for example, in September she was a judge at badminton competitions. In the Altair squad, the student is engaged in tactical medicine and covers events: she takes photos, shoots videos, and shares knowledge about first aid with students.
"I love this team with all my heart," she admits. "The guys have become my best friends!
The girl also leads the youth of the Popular Front of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy: she helps the families of participants in the special military operation, weaves camouflage nets, and participated in a humanitarian mission in the Lugansk People's Republic in 2025 and in the work of the RUBEZH-2025 forum in Voronezh. Arina's love for good deeds was born in her childhood: all the pets in her native village were abandoned animals in the past. 
"I believe that it is necessary to do as much good as possible at every opportunity," she says. "Smiles and wrinkles in people's eyes from gratitude warm my soul. Volunteering gives me experience, communication with unique people both in Chita and in other cities. Being born with a good heart is a gift that must be used. This is how I will find my way in life.
Arina's life naturally intertwines respect for family and national traditions with a burning desire to make the world a kinder place. This, perhaps, is what the unity of the peoples of Russia is built on.
