"A start that stays in the heart". In memory of Olga Lisander "Oh, sport, you are the world"! And this world for Olga Lisander was bright, harmonious, filled with service to her native medical academy, students, and the development of sports in Transbaikalia. In memory of her, a coach, teacher, regional record holder in athletics, who made many future doctors fall in love with sports and brought up talented athletes, on February 14, a solemn start to athletics competitions was given. The organizers are the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy and the Federation of the region in athletics. The tournament is attended by 180 athletes from Chita, Karymsky and Uletovsky districts. The chairman of the Athletics Federation of the region Ekaterina Priladnykh, the head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy Olga Mironova emphasized the main thing: the memory of Olga Lisander is carefully kept in the hearts of all who knew and sincerely loved Olga Afanasyevna. They wished the participants of the competition determination, the will to win, and the support of the teams. With gratitude to everyone who helped in organizing the tournament, with an appeal to remember a wonderful person, to achieve success in sports, study and in life, Svetlana Sarapulova, the sister of Olga Lisander, addressed the youth. With a minute of silence, the participants of the competition honored the memory of the Teacher.
-- Since the seventh grade, Olga Afansyevna has been training me, and I inherited my profession from her, today I myself teach at my native academy. I always remember her words: "Train, be persistent, and the country will be proud of you!", says Diana Aprelkova, a teacher at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy.
After the opening of the competition, there will be races at distances of 60, 400 and 1500 meters. Among the winners are a third-year student of the Faculty of Dentistry Vyacheslav Sidorov, a third-year student of the Faculty of Medicine Baira Tsydenzhapova, a teacher of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy Diana Aprelkova, a postgraduate student of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy Andrey Mochalov.
- Olga Afanasyevna is very dear to me, until graduate school, she trained me, she always stood up for her own, she was always ready to help. And I try to follow this in my life, and everyone in whose hearts it remains alive, - said Andrey Mochalov.
Today, February 15, is the second day of the tournament, dedicated to the memory of a bright sports star, talented coach, teacher Olga Lisander.
